- records of Aspen stands (GIS data, notes and photos)
- feedback

- registration details for some areas of the site

Feedback
You can send us your feedback directly through the website or by e-mail, post or phone. If you use the website form you do not need to give any personal information unless you wish a response from us. We do not pass on any of your personal information outside our organisation when dealing with your enquiry. We will not use any information you supply for any other purpose without first seeking your permission.
Registration details
Although most of our site does not require you to register there are a few areas which do. The details you supply will only be used for these purposes unless you give us permission for other uses (for example to be included in mailing lists).
Submitting a record for the Aspen Map
We need to record your personal contact details to be able to respond to your record, if needed. If you use the Submit a Record form on the website the minimum personal information required from you is an e-mail address and a telephone number. We will not reveal your personal information to anyone outside our organisation when dealing with your enquiry, unless you have given us permission to do so. We will not use any information you supply for any other purpose without your permission.
If you register an interest in receiving regular updates from the site your details will be kept indefinitely. You have the option to check the details supplied by you, to update these details, or to remove your name from any mailing lists by contacting us.
